What Does Exclusive And Non-Exclusive Use Include?
We offer a range of hire options ranging from non-exclusive to a total exclusive use, with a full spectrum in between.
Non-exclusive use would give you private use of your chosen function room, however other events could be taking place in any of our function areas as well as bar and lounges. Initially only 8 bedrooms are allocated to the wedding party (Bridal suite complimentary the other 7 bedrooms are not included in the price), 6 months prior to the day, subject to availability the remaining 8 bedrooms will be released.
Between non-exclusive & total exclusive use we have semi-excusive options for both the main house and our new Ballroom as of 2018. Further details can be discussed with the wedding team, prices for this option commence from £4,000.* With this scenario the function space that you do not book could be booked by another party.
Total Exclusive use means nothing else takes place at Offley Place in the house or grounds from 12pm on the day until midnight. For total exclusive use of the estate the exclusivity fee is £10,000, this guarantees only your wedding on the day.*
*Please note exclusivity fees are in addition to the non-exclusive venue hire fees. Included within semi exclusive/exclusive fees price you have all 16 bedrooms to allocate to your guests for the night of the wedding. If guests pay for their own rooms £2,025 will be deducted from the semi exclusive/exclusive fees venue hire price.
What is your venue capacity?
The house is licensed to hold 120 guests in total. The conservatory can seat 82 on round tables, if you chose to have a long top table the capacity is reduced to 78. There is a divide between the two rooms, however with the double doors open and large sash windows these rooms blend seamlessly into one.
